About CeCaFLUX
CeCaFLUX is a powerful visual tool and the first user-friendly web server for effective inferring intracellular metabolic flux from instationary 13C labeling data. CeCaFLUX is directed to address the growing demands for instationary 13C fluxomics from experts with limited knowledge in 13C labeling. CeCaFLUX allows users to interactively visualize the real time flux map during the optimization process and provides an optimal flux estimate as its final output. It encompasses the stoichiometry and atom transition information of hundreds of metabolic reactions to support optimization of various metabolic networks. CeCaFLUX also functions as a database that facilitates easy sharing of flux studies that may enhance the consistency among different studies. Please contact 20421980@qq.com for any detailed inquiry.
